D&D 4th ed: Planar Plots

The new Dungeon Masters Guide II features the exotic, interplanar city of Sigil, this table, combined with the previous two, is designed for a group of characters who are members of an adventuring Guild based in the city.
Some plot roll results contain their own specific locations, some leave it open to a roll on the locations table. I favor rolling anyway, and seeing if the combination gives some great ideas.
PLANAR PLOTS (QUEST HOOKS)
01- Politician hires group to steal documents being used to blackmail him.
02- Parasite creatures with psionic powers require protection from meddling host race.
03- NPC kidnapped, Held in Astral pirate gallion
04- Githzerai settlement attacked and wiped out, who attacked and why?
05- Merchant requires a large shipment of gems and crystals from an elemental area which is guarded.
06- A magical mishap has stranded a wizard's apprentice on a dangerous plane, he would be left there if his parents were not so influencial.
07- A dead patron of the guild shows up, on him is an artifact bequeathed to the guild.. what is it?
08- Clueless missionaries from the remote Prime World of Eberron have wandered into Sigil and are busy calling everyone they meet either an infidel or a heretic. A Deva has hired the PCs to get them out of Sigil alive.
09- Garouman, a wolf that can take human form, wants the PCs to help him gather the arcane materials needed to create a sensory stone to record his experiences of the blood war, so that others might never want to be part of that great ceaseless evil.
10- Travel through time via special devices in a demi plane, to go to a specific time and place, to find out, if possible, the emotional state of a person who once activated a gate (the right emotion is the key to opening it again back in the present).
