One hundred random ill omens, signs and portents, for Dungeon masters who love a spot of random weirdness to befuddle their players. Use these signals of dire intent whenever something really evil is headed in the player character's direction.

Random table of 100 Evil Omens.
Roll 1D100
- Plants across a wide area start to wither and wood begins to rot.
- Dead animals rise and attempt to carry on as though they were alive.
- Clocks run backward and bees swarm at night.
- Toadstools sprout up all over the place in rings.
- A comet streaks across the sky, leaving a strangely glowing cloud on it's wake.
- Anyone who attempts to speak can only utter the same cryptic phrase, over and over again.
- Sight is dimmed, as though the world has been plunged into a murky dusk.
- Animals are afflicted with warts, boils and festering sores.
- Leaves on plants become black, flowers are deep red and smell sickly.
- Bowstrings break, shoes develop holes, pot handles snap and things just tend to wear out all at once.
- Swarms of small flying insects bite at people and cause fruits to rot.
- A portrait, bust, relief or statue falls and breaks.
- Fruits, nuts, branches and other objects fall on people with uncanny regularity.
- Any knives or forks thrown or even dropped on the ground will stick in, the blade or tines imbedded.
- Continuous singing, cawing and hooting of birds, night and day.
- A dark cloud covers the area and will not move away, despite a brisk wind.
- Trees weep blood red sap.
- Blades and saws dull extremely quickly, knives snap and blunt at the least use.
- A comet streaks low across the sky, setting fire to tree tops and releasing a terrible heat as it passes.
