Hello time-travelers!

This is my first installment in the time machine series that will cover games from the 90s. The purpose of this article is to inform newer gamers of some old classics.

I think it is my duty as a writer to inform the new generation of gamers that there were previous Fallout games before Fallout 3, that adventures such as Monkey Island and Indiana Jones can still be a lot of fun even though there is no shooting involved. I want to remind the older gamers and inform the new ones that there was once an age undreamed of where there were there weren't just RPGs, MMOs and FPS games.

Enough with the introduction and let's get this show on the road!

Most of you heard of the game Brutal Legend and it's creator Tim Schafer. What you probably didn'tDamn I want that bike... know is that he also created Full Throttle in 1995. This was a dystopia-biker-adventure game. It puts you in the shoes, actually boots, of a biker named Ben. He is the leader of a biker gang called Polecats and unfortunatly bikers are becoming rare because of the commercialization of hover cars. Once your gang is sent to jail for a murder they didn't commit, it is up to you to clear their name and expose the real killer.

The games as an adventure is entirely based on logic and sometimes speed. You get to experience an innovative story line, bike fights, exploding toy rabbits and, of course, the smell of asphalt, which means only one thing: trouble.

Graphics and design

The graphics are phenomenal and should not be modified in any way! Most believe that if the graphics are better the entire experience will be better. If I learned anything from the gaming industry it is that graphics don't make a game. Full Thorttle's graphics give a cartoonish yet serious feeling at the same time. The scenery really grasps the whole Full Throttle universe nicely and the camera angles are aligned in a accessible way to objects and people. There were rumors of recreating the game in a more visualy enhanced version but those rumors died out fairly fast.
