The Logitech G-series is a well known series in the world of PC gaming, covering headsets, keyboards, mice, speakers and game controllers. In all my history of attending LAN parties, I can't recall a single one where at least one person didn't have an item from the Logitech G-series with them.
Now, I'm not exactly quiet about the fact that I'm a PC gamer, and to some degree I'm also a budget gamer. Up until recently I've been dealing with an ancient keyboard and mouse produced by Stone Group computers.
Y'know. These things.
I'm fairly sure I acquired that mouse from my old college... Anyway, moving on!
I needed a mouse and keyboard that were cheap and efficient at what I needed them to do. I don't do a lot of online gaming. Most of my multiplayer gaming comes from attending LAN parties every month or so. I've never had much need for a huge amount of macro keys, or that extra bit of sensitivity when I'm lining up the next headshot. In recent weeks I've been convinced to delve back into World of Warcraft and I've been spending more time playing FPS games online with my friends, and slowly but surely the need for that superior technology was making itself felt. All of a sudden, increased DPI and macro keys seem like the most useful thing in the world.

It held out against a common Silverstone wireless keyboard.
