“Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” To Hold Contestant Auditions At Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con
Auditions to Take Place Saturday, June 12 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. at Pennsylvania Convention Center
NEW YORK, June 9, 2010 -- “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” will visit “The City of Brotherly Love” this weekend to find contestants for the upcoming ninth season of the hit game show.
Contestant auditions will be held Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia) in conjunction with the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con 2010 Convention.
Auditions will be held in room #202 of the Pennsylvania Convention Center starting at 11 a.m. The last audition session will start at 6 p.m. No one will be permitted in line prior to 10 a.m. Auditioners will take a timed multiple choice test and those people who pass will be asked to stay for a brief interview with a Millionaire representative. Those people who are granted an interview will be sent a postcard in the mail, notifying them if they have been selected as a contestant.
Auditions are free and open to the public and are separate from Comic Con events. Auditioning for Millionaire does not permit free entry into any Comic Con events. There are no sign-ups for this audition, but space is limited. In order to audition, you must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the fifty U.S. States or District of Columbia and meet all eligibility requirements.
